The Market consists of a thirty-five (35) acre site which include two main buildings. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) maintains an office on the Row for statistical data collection and inspection services for the incoming produce. National produce brokerage companies, food service operators, produce wholesalers, specialty wholesale produce operators, food processing, produce packaging operations and cold storage operators are all present in the “Market".

The main buildings are 1,235 feet long, 114 feet wide, 150 feet apart, two stories high and contain a total of 98 units, with 2,000 sq. ft. of floor space within each unit.
